Making the Cloud Safe for IT

I spoke to a CIO a few months ago about her thoughts on the “social networking phenomenon” in the enterprise as it is changing the issues and concerns she has to deal with in her daily job. She pointed out one interesting factoid: She neither knows, nor can find out her assistant’s Facebook account. The CIO tried and tried, but her assistant strongly refuses. The assistant maintains two profiles - one for work, and an alias for her personal life. The CIO may still be working on this, so stay tuned
The video is by “Idiots of Ants” which is a comedy sketch group based in London.
I’ll write more about my findings about this topic later, but right now you may want to think about it as you see this video (credit for the find goes to Gentry Underwood of IDEO during his presentation at the Enterprise 2.0 Conference in Boston this week).

Thats why I really try to ignore people from work on Facebook, even if I do like them. Use Cubetree for work instead.
